Returns or Exchanges
Unless the product was damaged during shipping or it was misrepresented all sales are final. Each shipment is packed carefully so as to arrive safely, however if an item is damaged during shipping please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Lighting and Photos
Photos may be magnified in order to show detail of the product.
Please consider buying products over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store, and while every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the color(s) of each item, the actual color(s) you see, will depend on individual monitor settings.
Therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product
If you have any questions about a particular item, its color, size etc. please do not hesitate to ask.
Custom Orders
Got a request? No problem! Contact us with the details and we will get to work. Pricing will be negotiated before creation begins. Upon completion, a photo will be sent to you for approval. Once you approve the product, it will be shipped to you.
Shipping
We ship via USPS within 2 business days of your completed payment, an email is then sent from pay-pal with all the tracking information.
